They know and share videos of the abuse online. The NCA says it usually starts on mainstream platforms before moving into smaller, closed groups on encrypted apps. It adds that eight people have been arrested in the UK, with eight victims safeguarded. ITV News exclusively spoke to a woman whose husband drugged and raped her over several years. He was convicted, but she told us that the men who raped her whilst her husband watched are still at large. She criticises the police investigation, saying that more should have been done at the time.
