Military aircraft could be seen and heard flying over Washington, DC, on Friday rehearsing for this weekend's America 250 celebrations. The "Wings Over Washington" event on Saturday will include the Golden Knights parachute team, the new presidential aircraft and the MV-22 Osprey.
