Firework apparently hits Delta flight in Chicago

A Delta Airlines flight from Atlanta “made contact with a firework” while landing at Chicago Midway International Airport on the Fourth of July, according to a statement from the airline. It’s unclear where the firework came from, but CNN has reached out to Chicago police for more information.
