Severe weather disrupted Fourth of July festivities across the Midwest and East Coast. In Washington, D.C., a storm threat delayed the celebration on the National Mall and forced a crowd of thousands to shelter in place. While in New York, the iconic Macy’s fireworks show was moved up. NBC News’ Aaron Gilchrist reports.
