In this deeply personal TEDxWilmington Women talk, Jayh Neff explores why so many people spend their lives wearing identities that don't quite fit. Drawing on her experiences as a marketer, entrepreneur, artist, and storyteller, Jayh reveals how vulnerability and authenticity become the foundation for meaningful relationships, creative fulfillment, and genuine confidence. Jayh is a marketer, serial entrepreneur, and artist whose career has been a study in human connection; building relationships and crafting messaging that evokes response. She believes vulnerability and imperfect stories drive deeper connection. Outside of work, she creates in other ways: camping in her self-built camper, photographing fleeting light, and working with her hands. A parent of three and lifelong jam band fan, she lives like a session—structured, yet free and always improvising. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more
