12 people have been killed in another large-scale Russian attack on the Ukrainian capital Kyiv. [Subscribe to our Substack newsletter: https://channel4news.substack.com/subscribe] A nine-story block of flats collapsed in the Podilskyi area of the city, trapping people under the rubble, while another apartment blockwas badly damaged on the city's left bank.
