14th Dalai Lama, Tenzin Gyatso celebrates his 91st birthday. Tibetan communities in India and Nepal celebrated the Dalai Lama's 91st birthday on Monday. The Tibetan spiritual leader attended celebrations at a colorful event in Leh, a high altitude city in the Union territory of Ladakh in India. Tenzin Gyatso, the 14th Dalai Lama, has been living in exile since he fled Chinese rule in Tibet in 1959. Tibetans living in exile in Dharamshala celebrated the birthday with a cultural show.
