A 22-year-old graffiti vandal known for tagging 'Pam the Bird' across Melbourne sparked an eight-hour police standoff after climbing 140 metres to the top of the Bolte Bridge and live-streaming the incident. Jack Gibson-Burrell, already facing over 200 charges and on bail, demanded a peanut butter and jam sandwich before eventually surrendering to police. The incident is estimated to cost tens of thousands of dollars to clean up, adding to the $700,000 already spent removing his graffiti from city landmarks.
