Graffiti artist arrested after Pam the Bird stunt sparks police operation in Melbourne

A Melbourne graffiti artist known for his 'Pam the Bird ' scaled a 140-metre-tall bridge, causing a traffic jam. The artist, who started posting footage of the stunt on Instagram earlier this morning, made several requests, including the lowering of unspecified taxes, and for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich be delivered by drone before he would come down. Victoria Police said they negotiated with the man to ensure his safe return to the ground, according to a spokesperson. He was arrested shortly after coming down.
