Graffiti artist arrested after Pam the Bird stunt sparks police operation in Melbourne

A Melbourne graffiti artist known for his 'Pam the Bird ' scaled a 140-metre-tall bridge, causing a traffic jam. The artist, who started posting footage of the stunt on Instagram earlier this morning, made several requests, including the lowering of unspecified taxes, and for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich be ‌delivered by drone before he would come ⁠down. Victoria Police said they negotiated with the man to ensure his safe return to the ground, according to a spokesperson. He was arrested shortly after coming down.
