England have secured their place in the quarter-finals of the World Cup after beating Mexico 3-2 following a tense match that left fans of both nations on the edge of their seats. The game opened with some wobbles from England, but then Jude Bellingham scored two goals less than 100 seconds apart just over half an hour into the game. England fought out the last part of the game on the defensive, with Mexico constantly frustrated despite numerous attempts on goal. The Three Lions will now take on Norway in the quarter-finals on Saturday after Erling Haaland's two goals helped his team pull off a stunning upset against Brazil on Sunday. • Subscribe to ITV News on YouTube: http://bit.ly/2lOHmNj • Get breaking news and more stories at http://www.itv.com/news Follow ITV News on TikTok https://www.tiktok.com/@itvnews?lang=en Follow ITV News on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/itvnews/ Follow ITV News on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/itvnews/ Follow ITV News on X: https://twit
