Aditya tells the story of a person who made every career decision using one simple question: which path gives me more time for music? That question led him away from a McKinsey offer, through engineering, teaching, and entrepreneurship, and eventually to a global company , and a marriage. Drawing on Harvard Business Review research on passion and performance, he argues that love changes what you are willing to endure, and that changes everything about how far you will go. Aditya Shanker Raghuwanshi spoke at TEDxRainbow School Youth, held on April 25, 2026 in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. This talk is part of a playlist of all talks from TEDxRainbow School Youth 2026. Aditya Shanker Raghuwanshi is an entrepreneur, musician, and educator, and the Founder and CEO of Masterclass Space, impacting students across 25 countries. A BITS Pilani graduate, he walked away from campus placements to pursue music through the traditional guru-shishya parampara, before building a digital education
