NATO's Secretary General has announced the military alliance is spending billions of dollars to increase its defence capabilities. Part of the investments announced during day one of the annual summit include military aircraft and anti-drone defence systems. The first announcements come ahead of US President Donald Trump's arrival in the coming hours. He has criticised NATO members for not spending enough on defence.
