Liberal Democrat leader Sir Ed Davey has told Sky News that the Clacton by-election should take place after an investigation into Nigel Farage takes place. Mr Farage has announced that he will stand down as an MP, triggering a by-election in his Clacton constituency - which he says he will stand in.
