Jayashree Ratan shares how a simple passion for knitting evolved into a mission to restore confidence and dignity to breast cancer survivors. By creating handmade prostheses and building a community of dedicated volunteers, she shows how compassion, purpose, and selfless service can bring comfort, hope, and meaningful change to thousands of lives. Jayashree Ratan, Founder of Saaisha India Foundation, is a lifelong social worker based in Mumbai. With a background in Economics and Education, her journey across India shaped her people-first approach to service. Her all-women foundation supports breast cancer and mastectomy patients and has earned national recognition, including the Kamala Power Women Award and the REX Karamveer Chakra. She will share what inspired her to start Saaisha India and her journey of service.
