Su examines the invisible race young people are pushed into — constant competition, labeling, and a culture of comparison that begins in childhood. She explains that young people are not actually impatient; they are adapting to a fast world shaped by technology and pressure. Her call is simple: let’s give young people time, guidance, and support, so they don’t feel exhausted before they even begin. Mame is Su. I am a seventh-grade student at a college. I have been living in Silivri, Istanbul since I was born. I enjoy doing sports and reading. I have been interested in English since kindergarten, and I still love speaking in English. When I heard about the TEDx project, I was very excited, as speaking and showing my English skills are very important to me. That is why I am interested in taking part in this TEDx speech. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
