The Duke of Sussex, Doreen Lawrence, Sir Elton John and four others' claims over alleged unlawful information gathering by Daily Mail publisher Associated Newspapers have been dismissed at the High Court. Mr Justice Nicklin's judgement, published on Tuesday, concluded that the seven claimants involved in the case had failed to provide sufficient evidence of unlawful information gathering for the articles in question. Associated Newspapers (ANL) has said that the High Court ruling dismissing the claims of unlawful information gathering against it is an "overwhelming victory" and a "magnificent vindication of the Daily Mail’s journalism". • Subscribe to ITV News on YouTube: http://bit.ly/2lOHmNj • Get breaking news and more stories at http://www.itv.com/news Follow ITV News on TikTok https://www.tiktok.com/@itvnews?lang=en Follow ITV News on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/itvnews/ Follow ITV News on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/itvnews/ Follow ITV News on X: https://twi
