The Football Association is reportedly considering its options over a possible appeal of Jarell Quansah’s red card in England’s World Cup win against Mexico. USA star striker Folarin Balogun had his match-ban suspended following intervention by President Donald Trump, who says he called Fifa President Gianni Infantino about the decision. Balogun was given a red card during the USA's match against Bosnia-Herzegovina, but Fifa announced it would suspend his one-match ban for a year. It's led to teams and officials questioning if other players could see their match bans lifted as well. #worldcup #football #redcard #quansah #balogun • Subscribe to ITV News on YouTube: http://bit.ly/2lOHmNj • Get breaking news and more stories at http://www.itv.com/news Follow ITV News on TikTok https://www.tiktok.com/@itvnews?lang=en Follow ITV News on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/itvnews/ Follow ITV News on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/itvnews/ Follow ITV News on X: https://twitter.
