Telstra has apologised again for yet another outage that impacted customers' ability to call triple-zero. The overnight issue has now been fixed, and the telco promises Australians can trust its network. That's despite more than 600 calls to emergency services that went unanswered and disputed claims; the outage may have contributed to an elderly woman's death. The Federal Coalition is also under fire for its response to the Telstra outage, with the Shadow Communications Minister yesterday claiming she had called triple-zero to test the system.
