Three weeks after a deal of sorts was signed between Iran and the United States, and a couple of days ahead of scheduled talks between the two countries in Pakistan, the truce is over after a second round of US strikes and Iranian attacks on US bases in the Gulf. With tankers stranded, the global oil price is beginning to rise, prompting fears of a fresh fuel crisis.
