Hangzhou is famous for its picturesque West Lake and timeless legends. Today, it's also making a name for something very different: technology. Home to Alibaba and now the birthplace of six rising ‘tech dragons,’ including AI powerhouse DeepSeek, the city is fast becoming one of China's innovation hubs.
