‘If you see a thousand people in a battle, there were a thousand people there.’ Matt Damon tells ITV News the filming of The Odyssey was on a scale he had never seen before. Damon, who stars as Odysseus in Christopher Nolan’s upcoming blockbuster, described the scale as a “gift” as it allowed the actors to be “immersed” in films world, rather than relying CGI.
