Former Olympic canoeist David Hearn pleaded not guilty to damaging the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. He was indicted on one count of destruction of property exceeding $1,000. Hearn's supporters and his lawyer argue he's being used as a scapegoat for the pool's longstanding problems. CNN's Katelyn Polantz reports.
