Nearly two weeks after Venezuela's back-to-back earthquakes, more than 3,800 people have died and over 17,000 remain homeless, with tens of thousands still unaccounted for. In Caracas, a former sports centre in Baruta now shelters over 300 displaced people from La Guaira state and beyond, providing food, medicine and clothing. Volunteers warn that hydration and medical supplies are running low, while psychologists say emotional trauma among survivors could take far longer to heal than rebuilding homes.
