GB News Tom Harwood and Nana Akua are left fuming after a High Court dealt a huge blow to Labour's one in, one out migrant deal with France. The migrants have claimed their deportations were unlawful, alleging they are victims of trafficking. The High Court support the appeal, where their lawyer argued their fundamental rights could not be "sacrificed for the sake of expediency and speed of decision-making or a desire to accelerate removals." Speaking on Good Afternoon Britain, Tom said: "Why are the courts supporting the human traffickers? If they have demanded that these people must be brought back to where they claim they were trafficked to, and then surely they are then just enabling the traffickers?" #MigrantCrisis #HumanTrafficking #ukpolitics #UKNews #GBNews Keep up to date with GB News at gbnews.com or on X @GBNEWS Become a Friend of GB News: gbnews.com/friend
