President Trump says he will refuse to sign a bipartisan housing affordability bill unless the Senate passes the SAVE Act, tying housing relief to one of his top election priorities. The bill, the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act, will automatically become law if Trump does not veto it by midnight Friday.
