Southern California dog trainer Kwong Chun Sit was sentenced to more than 11 years in prison after being convicted of felony animal cruelty. He left 11 dogs in a hot van where they died and some of the dog owners are speaking out about the sentencing. NBC Los Angeles’ Hetty Chang reports.
