Three families whose relatives have been missing since last month have moved to court seeking orders to compel Inspector General of Police Douglas Kanja to produce their loved ones, whom they allege were abducted by state agents. In a habeas corpus application filed at the Milimani Law Courts through their lawyer, Abner Mango, the families of Michael Oloo, Macmillan Kiarie and Evans Otieno want Kanja summoned to account for the whereabouts of the three, saying efforts to trace them over the past three weeks have been unsuccessful.
