Typhoon Bavi has been lashing east China's coastal province of Zhejiang with winds exceeding 140 km per hour, prompting emergency responses across the region. Wenzhou City and Taizhou City are feeling the full force of Bavi. At around 3 p.m. on Saturday, the typhoon's category 10 wind radius reached Huadian Wind Farm in the waters northwest of Pishan Island in Yuhuan City, Taizhou, Zhejiang Province.
