Republican Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina has died at 71 after a “brief and sudden illness” according to a statement from his family. Emergency responders rushed to the senator’s Washington home on Saturday evening after a report of a person suffering cardiac arrest. NBC’s Julie Tsirkin reports.
