When Sam Neill was told in 2022 he had blood cancer, he knew he was in "the fight for his life". But in this 2023 episode of Australian Story, Neill said he was "not afraid" of dying but rather he "would be annoyed" because there was so much more he wanted to do in life. The New Zealand-born actor died on Monday aged 78.
