Goldman Sachs has reportedly turned constructive on Indian equities, projecting that the Nifty 50 could reach 26,500 by June 2027—implying nearly 10% upside from current levels. The bullish outlook is supported by lower commodity prices, easing inflation, a more stable rupee, resilient domestic demand and the possibility of earnings upgrades in select sectors. Foreign investors’ underweight positioning in India could also leave room for fresh inflows. Goldman Sachs reportedly prefers large caps over midcaps, value stocks over growth stocks and domestically focused businesses over exporters. Banks, utilities, energy, refiners, defence, telecom, media and technology are among its preferred sectors, while it remains cautious on pharma, metals, mining, cement, chemicals, oil marketing companies and IT exporters. #nifty #nifty50 #investment #stockmarket For more videos subscribe to our channel: https://www.youtube.com/@NDTVProfitIndia Visit NDTV Profit for more news: https://
