What if the strongest teams aren't built through fear, but through trust? Drawing on his experience as both an army officer and instructor, this talk reveals how psychological safety transforms leadership, enabling people to stop hiding, speak up, and perform at their best. I am a Business & Economics student with a strong focus on international affairs, global governance and sustainability. As an officer cadet in the Austrian Army, engaged political citizen and tennis board representative, I seek to strengthen the moral and civic bonds that increasingly divide us. I aspire to pursue a career in the fields of international relations and public policy. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
