The US says it has completed another wave of strikes on Iranian military targets, marking a third consecutive night of attacks. State media say explosions were heard in Bushehr, Bandar Abbas, Kish Island, Qeshm Island and several other areas. US Central Command (CENTCOM) says the strikes targeted Iran's coastal defence systems, as well as missile and drone sites. President Donald Trump says the campaign is aimed at further weakening Iran's ability to disrupt shipping in the Strait of Hormuz. He has also announced the US will reimpose its blockade in the Strait on Tuesday. Speaking at the White House, Trump said the US is intensifying its military campaign and stepping up measures aimed at isolating Iran.
