Lily-May Vaughan was just 17 and a passenger when her boyfriend, Logan Addison, lost control of his speeding car and crashed into a telegraph pole, and Lily-May tragically died. Addison continued offending until he was found guilty of causing death by dangerous driving in April last year. He was sentenced to more than five years in prison, but could be released after just 21 months, as part of a new scheme that comes into law later this year on what would have been Lily-May's 21st birthday.
