A wealthy Melbourne suburb has become a living hell for those caught up in what should be a third-world problem. Port Melbourne is home to some of Australia's rich and famous, but scratch the surface and it hides a secret that has spilled onto the streets. Like most inner-city residents, Port Melbourne's well-to-do have long lived alongside some of the most downtrodden in government housing. And while the housing block nestled between Nott and Stokes streets is small in comparison to the towering commission flats just up the road in South Melbourne, the carnage inside is just as bad.
