The skeleton of a Tyrannosaurus rex is expected to break records at Sotheby's auction house in New York. [Subscribe to our Substack newsletter: https://channel4news.substack.com/subscribe] In the past, museums have been able to bid for dinosaur remains but Gus Rex, as he is known, is one of the most complete ever discovered and could fetch as much as $30m. That would mean that the 38-foot long beast is likely to be snapped up by by a super-rich private buyer.
