What had started out as a lovely day out in London soon turned to horror for Jane Ouartsi after she was hit by a child riding an e-bike. Jane suffered multiple broken bones, required multiple surgeries and took 18 months to learn to walk again after the accident. But, due to a legal loophole, she's been left without any compensation - which she and her partner David say needs to be addressed.
