College Football 27 has been in the news for a lot of the wrong reasons, despite bringing some very good ones to be in the spotlight for. Of course, monetising single-player gameplay modes was never going to go down well with its players, and many of you came together to get EA to take back a rather sneaky effort to further monetize a franchise that’s been quite valuable over the last couple of years. But is this victory complete yet, or is it perhaps the first step on the road to real glory achieved through meaningful change?
