New York Gov. Kathy Hochul joined ABC News Live's Kyra Phillips after she ordered a moratorium on AI data centers in her state, saying she wants to ensure that companies “pay their fair share” for energy costs. “I already have a shortage of power for the existing businesses and our hardworking New Yorkers who are paying through the nose in utility bills.”
