What if courage isn't something you think your way into, but something you practice with your body? Through martial arts, play, and shared movement, this talk explores how reclaiming our bodies helps us build connection, challenge isolation, and create spaces where we can be brave, vulnerable, and powerful together. Fränz is a Vienna-based sex educator, coach, and martial arts trainer whose work combines reflective exercises and embodied practices with a queer-feminist perspective. They have dedicated their life to creating spaces where people can feel free and authentic, supporting them in navigating challenges that can feel too difficult to face alone. Through fränz.space, Fränz offers workshops and one-on-one sessions that help people reconnect with themselves and others, set boundaries, and recognize their own strength—grounded in the belief that everyone deserves to grow and belong.
