President Trump's Department of Health and Human Services has eliminated a Biden-era rule that seemingly targeted Christian families seeking to foster children in need of homes. The 2024 rule, which never took effect due to legal hurdles blocking it, stipulated that children facing gender confusion must be placed with pro-LGBTQ families, virtually eliminating from the federal system any potential foster parents who held to a biblical view of sexuality.
