Police are claiming a breakthrough in the search for the masterminds of Melbourne's so-called bar wars. A 20-year-old Melbourne man was arrested on Tuesday and has been charged over a series of violent attacks on Melbourne hospitality venues. Police say the man co-ordinated the attacks on behalf of Kazem Hamad, the exiled crime boss who also orchestrated Victoria's tobacco wars.
