In Maiani, a rural village in Kenya, women between the ages of 50 and 80 years old gather to play soccer, stay healthy and build community as part of a group called the Maiani Soccer Grannies. The women are proving that soccer is a sport for people of all ages. "We are hoping, as women, that one day we will have a World Cup for grannies," said Juliana Mulandi, chairlady of the group.
