Two council operatives were caught red-handed on doorbell camera, cutting down a St George's flag from an England fan's balcony, just 24 hours before our nation's crunch World Cup semi-final clash with Argentina. The furious homeowner has now reported the pair to police for theft, after the council branded his England flag a so-called "fire risk." Footage shows the two men turning up at the estate behind King's Street in Portsmouth on Tuesday morning to rip down the flag.
