Tim Heidecker and Gregg Turkington's "Decker" on Adult Swim is a hilarious spy parody (of sorts) in its own right -- But taking into account it’s surrounding context, its incredible how much effort was put into really earning the show’s “so bad its funny” approach. In case you didn’t know, what makes Decker unique is that it is a show written by and starring fictional characters from another show, On Cinema at the Cinema, on which the series’ entire production saga is discussed and documented.
