Chocolate Poke Cake Ingredients: For the Chocolate Cake: Cocoa powder – 30g (about 4-5 tablespoons) Warm water – 120ml (½ cup) Plain flour – 200g (1⅓ cups) Baking powder – 1 teaspoon Sugar – 175g (¾ cup + 2 tablespoons) Salted butter (room temperature) – 200g (¾ cup + 2 tablespoons) Eggs – 4 For the Chocolate Milk Soak: Warm milk – 180ml (¾ cup) Cocoa powder – 2 tablespoons Condensed milk – 2–3 tablespoons (optional) For the Chocolate Ganache: Chocolate – 150g Hot heavy cream – 80ml (⅓ cup) Equipment: Measuring cup size: 240ml Baking pan: 20 × 17 cm Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (350°F) for 30–35 minutes.
