Heavy rain brings flooding to New York state

The National Weather Service warned on Thursday morning that some areas of east central New York state are under a flood warning until 10:15 a.m. ET. It said the warning is for Columbia, Greene and Rensselaer counties, which are all close to Albany, the state capital.
