French police have been lighting up the beaches in France from a helicopter to aid illegal migrants across the English Channel, according to new exclusive footage obtained by Talk.  As reported on the front page of today’s Sun newspaper, up to 1,000 migrants headed for Britain yesterday as French police watched on, despite Prime Minister Andy Burnham insisting Labour’s plan to clamp down on illegal migration was “working”.  Talk’s International Editor Isabel Oakeshott and investigative journalist Christian Drogan captured the video, which was taken on a French beach yesterday and shows the police lighting up the beaches for illegal migrant crossings. In the video, Drogan explains the scene, saying, “The chopper has arrived. This is absolutely chaotic… This is chaos. Why are they allowing this to happen?
