Taing Norin Oudom explores how education can move beyond grades by giving students opportunities to learn from mistakes and improve their work. He argues that a growth-oriented approach can strengthen confidence, engagement, creativity, and innovation. Taing Norin Oudom is a student at CIA FIRST International School who enjoys gaming, drawing, and creative problem-solving. His favorite subjects are Computer Science and Visual Arts, and he hopes to pursue a future in software and application development while continuing to grow as an artist.
