When schools treat mistakes only as failures, students may become afraid to experiment, revise, or take creative risks. Taing Norin Oudom explores how education can move beyond grades by giving students opportunities to learn from mistakes and improve their work. He argues that a growth-oriented approach can strengthen confidence, engagement, creativity, and innovation. Taing Norin Oudom is a student at CIA FIRST International School who enjoys gaming, drawing, and creative problem-solving. His favorite subjects are Computer Science and Visual Arts, and he hopes to pursue a future in software and application development while continuing to grow as an artist. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
