Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) use among women nearly doubled between Jan 2017 and April 2026, according to data from Epic Research. HRT often uses estrogen, progestin, or a combination of both to relieve symptoms from menopause including hot flashes, night sweats, and preventing bone loss.
